i have sent a document with trackon courier. which was suppose to be delivered next day and even after 6 days passed by that courier is not reached the destination. when called trackon customer service the lady who answered the call was rude no co-operative shouting and reason asked why the document has not been delivered shouted and hung up the phone.
please help me on how should i tackle such problem now what should i do.

I had a very bad experience with Trackon Couerir Services. I have sent a letter with most important documents to Trivandrum, Kerala on 21-9-2010 from Kalkaji, New Delhi. They have promised me that the courier will reach Trivandrum on 24th.

The online tracking shows that it has already reached at Trivandrum from Chennai on 24th itself. But none of the phone numbers at Trivandrum office is working. Even after contacting on 29th, the person at Trivandrum center says it is still at Delhi office and not yet reached Trivandrum.

We contacted their customer care number, which was not working after 6 pm. Finally another office has given around 8 telephone numbers including chennai contact mobile number and Cochin contact mobile number, when we contacted it says that these numbers are not existing.

None of the other numbers given on the website was not working. Most of the pages on the website shows it is under construction. There is no 34 hours customer care number. One of the person from the Delhi office says, you are lucky if you get the letter in Kerala.

I just cannot understand how these sort of fraud courier company exist in India. We have sent a most important document by Trackon courier but even after 9 days it is not tracable and no one knows whether we get it or not. The office at Trivandrum is most irresponsible with most of lazy staff there.

Now we are planning to approach the consumer court and we wish to inform all the people to note that do not send any courier by Trackon coriers, you will not get the courier and you will be totally confusing by tracking it or contacting any of the customer care.

It is better to deped on any other courier, never depend on Trackon courier service.

My mother has sent me cake from Shimla on 21 st of January,2011 and now today it is 29th January still I have not received it. I was promised that the courier would reach me on the 25th. The courier charges were Rs.350 and the value of cake around Rs.400.. So In all I have a loss of around Rs.800 and even if I receive the cake which i am not hoping to, then there is a very less chance of it being in the right state to eat.
Very unreliable company.

I want the compensation for this, but God knows whom to contact

On top of that their website doesn't work, then the customer care is not reachable...God damn it, how many days this company can survive by such work attitude. The leaders in the organisation lack vision completely, no company can be successful unless they understand the meaning of consumers!!

courier has to be delivered on 11/3/2011 from raipur to delhi in shalimar bagh but yet not delivered till 14/3/2011......

My Brother has sent some urgent document from yamuna nagar (Haryana) on friday with trackon courier. which was suppose to be delivered next day and even after 4 days passed by that courier is not reached to me. when I called trackon customer service the lady who answered the call was rude no co-operative shouting and reason asked why the document has not been delivered shouted and hung up the phone.
please help me on how should i tackle such problem now what should i do.
the document were some Medical Bills which should be submitted in my comapny from med. claim before 15/03/2011.

Please help me now what to do. I cant claim the amt. Rs 15500 now.
