I had sent a packed on 12/11/2010 but it has not reached the destination till date i.e., 24 Nov 2010. This is the worst ever courier service I have ever faced in my life.

Whenever I call up the courier company/agency I get same reply everyday i.e., Sir, give me 1 day time i am sending someone today to the destination & he will deliver the packet.

I fail to understand whether everyday he sends new guy for delivery of new packet.

TRACKON IS THE WORST COURIER COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THEM EVER.

I had sent a courier on 18th October 2010 and it was returned with Self RTO on 24th October 2010. The Consignment No. was 205626763. Moreover on contacting the vendor, he misbehaved and rather didnt even try to follow up till date.

Please let me know what needs to be done or do i need to file a petition.

A dox containing important papers were sent through Trackon courier vide awb no 2011664931 dt 30/11/2010 from Kolkata to Gurgaon with a promise of delivering in 48 hours. Sadly the packet has neither reached the destination nor has it reached the consignor. The track shows that the dox has been RTO due to house closed (which is absolutely false since I have been waiting for this dox whole of this week). Now the courier is refusing to help.

THEY JUST TAKE THE MONEY AND THERE ENDS THEIR ONUS. THEY ARE A BLACK MARK IN THE COURIER BUSINESS AND PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEIR DELIVERY PROMISES.

I would like to bring in kind notice of Senior management of Trackon Courier ( If Any) that I am supposed to receive a courier on 17th of Dec as per information provided by your website Courier no is 206256734. But til now i have not received the same today is 25th of Dec 2010. Whenever we contact your dealer in Ludhiana the lady always say that you'll receive it today within one hour. i am surprised and not able to understood that how big is one hour in trackon because till date their one hour has not passed. Today when they were again contacted they very rudely replied back that they dont have time to deliver it. Now i am confused that if they dont have nay time then for what purpose they have opend the shop. I have already suffered huge loss because of delay in courier and till now no reply from your side is received.

Today when i contacted Trackon head office they replied me that it was misrouted which is false as i have received a call from your ludhiana dealer on 19th that my courier is in town and he confirmed my address also, since then i am waiting it to be delivered. what ever reply the ludhiana vendor is giving to you is false.

I guess we all are professional and the last resort left with me is to file an official complaint with consumer court as i have to recover the loss i have suffered due to your negligence.
