Dear sir/ madam,
I am an extermely frustated customer. My PAN card had been despatched by NSDL on 27/05/2010 through Overnite Express Limited courier service vide airway bill no.454293901.

The company's website showed it was despatched from Mumbai for Kolkata on 30/05/2010.and the status is same till date.

Even their own employees could not tell me the whereabouts of the consignment when i made repeated phone calls to their Kolkata office.

Repeated attempts to lodge a compaint in their website failed.

Finally I received my PAN card on 11/06/10. The deliverer could not give me any explanation for the delay in delivery.

I would like to lodge a compaint against the Overnite Express Limited Courier company for this delay.

I haven't Recieve pan card till now .But according to overnite courier agencies status it is received on 02-mar-2010.please send this as soon as possible.
