My name is Priyank Tiwari from Kolkata. My complaints is against On dot courier service. A parcell was sent to me from Bhilai (C.G) by my parents on 10 june 2010 which was promised to be reached here in kolkata latest by 12 June 2010. But today is 17 and there is no trail of parcel. When I called to courier service it takes hell lot of time since they have just one number for whole country and if phone gets connected luckily, the person who receives call is rude and anwsers unlogically. MY first question is how to complaint against them in consumer forum and get compensation. Seond question, I would like to ask ISo providing authorities that WHAT STANDARDS they r following for issuance of ISO certification. If On dot can get this ISO certification then one day even Chai wala will say i am ISO certified.

The ludhiana office did not even try to pick the call as we try to call ludhiana office matma madam so many times she pick the call after a hour
