I was in a impression that DTDC is very reputed & well responsible organization in courier. But unfortunately I faced a very worst experience.
I leave at Station Pally, Dankuni, Hooghly, West Bengal - 712311, India. And I used to get all my correspondence in this address only. Month a go I got a courier for Star Health Insurance Co. India, which contains my mother-in-law & my uncle's Health Insurance Policy through DTDC.
Got a call from DTDC Dankuni Office, I tried explained where exactly my house is located & given my Mobile Number to them. I got multiple "miss call" in my mobile. Then got a call, that Courier person told I am waiting to some of the nearest Location & want me to go there & collect the Courier. Well I agreed to that & ask him to wait. While moving to that place from my House I again got couple of Miss Call. Once I reach to him I asked why are you calling so frequently, he shouted & told me that he dont have balance to call me. I again repeat my Question (definitely with anger, FYI I was in very engage with some work) but why are you keep on miss calling me.
Then he blast on me & told I can not deliver the courier to you & go back.
And unfortunately I am yet to receive that Courier. I am not trying to put forward any escalation. But this is very unexpected from such a big & reputed company like DTDC. And quite surprisingly I got a call from your Office some time next day I explained what was happened, bad that has not been addressed & after that I never got even a call from your end.
Anyway hope as a big reputed company you should try to put forward best service & try to rectify the gaps & make your agents little more reasonable & professional.
