Subject: Didnot handle household articles properly and not responding after damaging many items

Hi All,

I used WRITER relocation for moving my household articled from Bangalore to Gurgaon.
In the movement they damaged following items:

TV- completely damaged
Computer Table: Half top broken
PC monitor: Patially broken
Fridge: Bottom damaged
Bike: Stand and hand brake broken

Delivery was done on 13th April, 2011 and after calling many times I got same response from writer executive that our Survey team will come and visit you but it has completed almost 1 week now.

Kindly help me in this regard
