]YOMAN CARGO PACKERS & MOVERS ARE FRAUD

This Complaint is against YOMAN CARGO PACKERS & MOVERS located at:
Shop No. 6, near Gar Godown, Opp. Sec-5 Circle,

I took the services of this company on 28th of May 2011 from New Delhi to Hyderabad. As per their promise they were suppose to deliver it in 4 to 5 days but they took 22 days for transporting and even after taking so many days they haven't deliver the complete goods till date..When I called them, they told me that my goods will reach in 2-3 days and they also told me that the truck in not fully loaded so they can't dispatch luggage from Delhi till the truck got fully loaded. I paid them the amount of 18000 (which was 500 Rs more that initially commented by them).
They also promised door to door delivery.(Loading unloading Packing Unpacking with Transportation.)

I wish to state the experience and the fraud experienced while dealing with YOMAN CARGO PACKERS & MOVERS the contact person Mr.Satya Narayan Sharma.

I was shifting my household goods
from Delhi to Hyderabad and Kanpur. .
Mr S N Sharma told me that he will personally see the shifting and promised me the delivery under seven days. He also asked me to pay the agreed price ie. Rs 17500/- in cash upfront
but when i said i would pay by 80 - 20 rule, he agreed on Rs 14000 The frustration and the feeling of being cheating started on the day itself
when the day of loading of goods came i.e. 28.07.2011. Four people came around
2 o'clock in the noon and started packing as agreed it was supposed to be 6 AM. On top of that the packing material they brought was not sufficient to pack all the house-hold goods.

I called Mr.Sharma about the condition and he said that he will take personal guarantee of the goods and will certainly deliver it on time. Mr. Vinod was lying all along and was giving fake assurances all the time. I called him on 6th and asked about the goods and to my utter surprise he said it will reach on 11th and gave me the driver's number to contact.
When again the truck didn't reach, and when contacted he asked me to put the remaing balance in his personal account, anyways he never felt himself responsible as he had the money and he never cared about the delivery). He caused me much agony and mental tension during this period.

Almost all the carton and suitcases were wet and this showed the irresponsible and careless manner in which Yoman Cargo Packers & Movers have planned to shift my household goods. The worst part is my invert-or battery worth Rs. 10000/- and Luminous Inverter worth Rs 5000 -was missing and when confronted from Mr. Sharma later told that he will ask the company to reimburse it and after that he is not picking up my phone.I have tried in vain many times and unsuccessfully thinking that the customer could do nothing about it. Also he refused the unpacking of the goods. As the goods were shipped by a third party Balaji Cargo Packers & Movers.from there and finally some local transport guys from Hyderabad.

These Balaji Cargo Packers & Movers & Yoman Cargo Packers & Movers the way they have handled the shifting has caused me much mental tension to me and my family and resulted in loss of inverter, battery, Gas Cylinder, Split AC Stablizer One carton full of Crockery, Water purifier and damage of many electronic items including my Fridge. They are the most unprofessional and higly irresponsible Movers & Packers and rendering their services can only cause one frustration and loss. They are never going to deliver the goods on time and will charge hefty amount upfront.I am also planning to write to their establish clients cautioning about Balaji & Yoman's irresponsible conduct and their untrustworthy service.

This is worst service i have ever seen in my life.

I have never seen thick skin people in my life. They do not adhere to their promise.

I believe they must be punished for this offense as I am sure I am not the only one who is suffering from this behavior.I request you to take toughest action against these corrupted business owners.

I would be really grateful if I can claim the damage caused by them and get my remaining stuff back i.e.

Inverter, Battery, Stand.
Gas Oven, Cylinder With regulator and pipe.
Water Purifier
Split A.C 4KVA stabilizer
Carton full of Clothes Crockery.
