On 8.12.2011 I visited big bazaar ambala cantt and according to their consumer offer I gone for the purchase may kindly reffeer my mail dated 8.12.2011 which was sent to Customer support of Big bazaar according they registered my complaint as a case no 73027 on 13.12.2011 I sent a reminder mail
on date 1450 hours Shri Naveen Shukla from big bazaar Mumbai Called me & instead of considering my complaint in the true spirit of the Big Bazaar display & purchases he was found to be pre occupied rather then to considers the request on its merits more over he was requested that big bazaar may reply my mail as considered fit but Shri Naveen Shukla categorically refused to send any reply on the issue my mail to Big bazzar is appended below
Kindly take up my complaint on the basis of Bill scaned copy and Big Bazaar slogan poster

I visited Big Bazaar Ambala Cantt on date and gone for buying as per big Bazaar Sale promotion advertisement ( Mobil Photo Image attached )
BUY HOME NEEDS WORTH RS 799/- OR ABOVE
GET 10% OFF ON GROCERY
Accordingly I have gone for a purchase of Rs 1486
vide Cash Receipt 0005771 dated 08.12.2011,
(attached) while purchasing at Big bazaar Ambala Cantt & collected buying items I approached Counter manned by Shri Gurmeet ( As per receipt) at 11.38 AM

After making payment when I referred back to bill with reference to 10% off on Grocery I find my self having been be fooled because their was no off allowed in the bill as per Big Bazaar advertisement
Please review the attached image of bill with reference to Big Bazaar advertisement ( Image taken by Mobil attached ) and order for a investigation and refund of 10% of Grocery to avoid sense a breach of faith in a innocent purchasers to maintain the spirit of CPA
An early action will be highly appreciated
