Live worm in Bisleri water bottle

I am using 20 ltr Bisleri water and so many times i found it very dirty, but today i was shocked to see 5 to 6 alive worms in ur water bottle. I complained so many times but no action been taken place till date. The water is still kept with me along with the bottle.
