Default Britannia Industries/ NutriChoice Hi Fibre Digestive Biscuits

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is regarding your NutriChoice Hi Fibre Digestive biscuit.
The packet says it is LOT NO. 194 with a PKD date of 01/12/11 and therefore it is very much within the 'Best Before 6 months from packaging' guideline. Upon biting into one of your biscuits from this pack, I chanced to bite into a triangular piece of rock hard plastic, green in colour.
Surely it cannot be an ingredient of the biscuit. It is my good luck that I managed to get it out of my mouth before it could cause choking or any further damage. It is a very serious matter that such a health hazard is present in a food product. WE all expect a company like you to maintain extremely high standards of quality control but it is evidently not so.

I am seriously considering taking this forward in a legal way.

P.S. - I am attaching a clear picture of the hazardous object with this mail.

    Regards,
    Nitika Parmar
