Hi All,

I am cheated twicely by Big Bazaar home delivery which is located @ Phonix Mills. After I shop my ration from big bazaar & I kept my ration for Home Delivery. First time I missed my Good Day Biscuit packet of Rs. 24 & second time today I missed my Frech Fries which costs Rs. 45 this is not a exact price.

Can any one tell me how to tackle this problem to prevent next time.
Even I tried reaching the Big Bazaar on Tel No. 022-5662 6703 / 4
But this no.s are not reachable.

I don't want to blame Big Bazaar but this purely on Delivery Boys or someone elses.

Once he delivers the Ration he don't wait till I cross check, he just delivers & leaves immediately.

Can any one tell me how to tackle this problem to prevent next time to happen.


This is not matter of Rs. 24 or 45, but this is very bad which I think.

NOTE : HI ALL BECAREFULL WHEN U TAKE HOME DELIVERY FROM ANY BIG BAZAAR. ONCE THE DELIVERY BOYS DELIVER PLEASE CROSS CHECK YOUR RATION.
