Hi,
I have bought a Dutch choclate Ice Cream 450 gms from Shop - Ganesh,Sector 15, Airoli, Navi Mumbai 01Jun2010 by 22:30 PM, apparently while openeing the pack by 01:30 AM in the night I found the Ice Cream was filled with Fungus on the top. This was returned to the shopkeeper next day evening 02Jun2010 17:00 PM.
The shopkeeper promised me to change the product only if a representative from Hindustan Lever would come and collect it for which I waited till 03Jun2010. I called up the customer care (Pooja) and a complaint was launched wherein she promised me to call back and give me a ticket number.Which she never did.
Since then I have received calls from customer service calls asking for changing the product but they are ready to change LUX SOAP instead of Ice Cream.I have told them twice about it.And they hang up saying that they will replace the product today.Im waiting for that day ...
I would say Hindustan Lever has Customer Service Team but ineffective ..
Please advise an appropriate action
