Today, I purchased reliance Paneer from a reliance fresh store at vasant vihar. It was not in good condition. It's taste has already been detoriated but the employee called Bharat was not at all in a mood to accept it, he infact challenged about the quality and made me talk to some one call Saji John who takes cares of the department . When I tried to reach him, he started talking about the processes. I told him about the consumer forum but he told that I should have registered a complain in the complain register, this happened when I had already returned to my home. The employee present over their didn't tell me about the same.

I am really feeling like being ditched by reliance fresh and all my money went in vain. Even if it's a packet of paneer, we should not let the merchants play with the people's money.
