I purchased a Britannia Fruit Cake from a super store and while I was eating it, I saw a black colored object in the cake and before swallowing it, decided to break open the cake to see what is it.
To my shock when I opened it, it was a full House fly embedded in the cake. I have preserved the cake with the housefly and have the lot no. etc. information that may be required. I need to pursue this case against Britannia for their neglect and poor quality.

Any suggestions and directions are welcome.

Today 16-Nov-2010 i was buy Classic Lite Cracker from Shashi Medical, M.I.D.C. Andheri East and the pkd date is 10/05/10 i have spoke that owner he said some time supplier give this item and it is very softly he spoken but he dose not agree her mistake kindly look after this matter. how can he keep this type of items.

I Mr Amit M residing in Mumbai, I purshased a packet of britania biscuit Milk Manfrom a shop, LOT no: 14195, PKD date: 12/05/11. while eating the biscuit i found a Hair in side the Biscuit, i have preserved the Biscuit and the packet and have also taken photographs of the Biscuit with hair. i want to know how can i take this complaint futher so that such mistakes wont happen from Britania and also want to file a lawsuit against the complany. PLEASE HELP

I bought a Britannia Nutrichoice Oats Biscuits from a store in our society.The biscuits have been highly baked which gives a very bad taste.The color of the biscuits are also very dark.I have the pack with me with all the details on it.Date of packaging 24/05/11.The lot no is 12186.
