    Default D Beer Factory

    Hello All,
This is to let you all know that this place "D Beer Factory" is not a place to visit, they make false promises and always running out of beer stock. I went along with 3 friends to this place on 16th July 2011 around 7:00 and before going there I called the "Sales and Marketing Manager" called Amita and she confirmed me the booking with extended Happy Hours and 20% food discount also.
After reaching there we were told the fresh beer was not available and they only have Bottled beer that too only indian brands, since we were already there we didn't thought of going anywhere else and started having beer. After 2 bottles we were told they only had "Pint" available, on which we asked why not the big 650 ml bottle they told us we do not serve those.
If you didn't then you should have confirmed and second you should not have given us the big bottle on the first place. We got so irritated that we had to leave the place and go to "Rockman's beer island".

Request you all to avoid going to this place, it smells and the ambiance is not very good either, they use soiled glasses if you ask for water and do not have beer mugs also

    regards

Default D Beer Factory - Worst Services possible at the price

    Hi,

I am writing this for a very simple reason, BAD SERVICE or rather RUDE SERVICE should not be tolerated. You cant be in the hospitality business and be inhospitable, it is almost criminal!!!

I along with my friends went there on a Sunday Evening, on the outset I would surprised that how could a place like this have not even a single table occupied on a Sunday Evening. Very soon, we figured out why?

There is no doubt that place is outrageously expensive, but thats something you prepare yourself after reviewing the menu online but what happens when you call a guy who looks like the waiter and then he further calls someone else and the someone else shows up after 20-25 minutes. Then we realized that where does the place meet its bottomline, the smoking lobby was full and from what I could reckon, it was an extremely shady crowd where I cant even imagine to even stand with a female friend.

Now lets come to music, ok the DJ doesnt accept requests and while the crowd is dancing, he has the audacity to leave for a smoke. The guy is not coming back and had left some very undanceable tracks on the playlist. When asked if there was an alternative DJ, we were told that its already 10:30 and even if DJ is called back, he is going to wrap up soon. Who the F wraps up at 10:30??????? After that we took our seats, then we asked the music to be mellowed down but they dint entertain our request. FYI we were the only ones in the place that time but this is one place where rudeness prevails.

All in all, an absolutely harrowing experience!! If you are planning to visit the place, do yourself a favor and drop the idea. There is a reason why this place despite of being strategically located doesnt enjoy any footfalls except for Property Dealers and Traders.

Please dont visit D Beer Factory!!!

That places sucks ! am not even sure why are they in even business the crowd and services are filthy like anything. I have at least told more than 1000 people not to go there. The Major problem with people out there is there attitude and bad services, they keep on cleaning the beer dispensers and indeed give you bottled beer instead of fresh beer.
