I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza. I had previously received coupons via email from them. When I ordered I told the taker the coupon code. I were not told to take any printouts of the coupons. When our pizza was delivered my order he told me to give him the coupon and as I do not have a printer I generally cannot take printouts. When I ordered two days back I did not have to submit a coupon. Both times I was not told over the phone that I would have to submit a coupon and I was asked to only tell them the coupon code. The delivery boy threatened to cut off all future services if I did not give him the coupon. The shift manager I spoke to was neither helpful nor polite. He insisted that it was company policy and did not offer me a viable solution. Additionally he hung up on my call in the middle. I do not know the name of either the delivery boy or the shift manager, but I am a woman living alone and I was harassed by these people. They're service is disgraceful and their manners are even more so. I would like to know how I can make sure that this will never be repeated.
