Last week (24 May,2010), myself & my husband deposited a substantial amount of Rs.4500/- approximately & got registered for dabba delivery with "Golden Tiffins" for 20 days.We got pretty disgusted with their quality of food & decided to stop delivery after 28 May,2010. Having taken deliveries from 24-28 May(Mon-Fri), my husband called up (emailed) Mr.Pradeep Sood propreitor, on 29 May'2010 & requested not to send dabbas from 31 May onwards further requesting for the reimbursement of the remaining 15 meals.Pradeep Sood insisted we should continue in spite of his bad service & quality to which we said "NO".During that week,there were also a few instances when he even misbehaved with me over phone insulting & humiliating me, a 30plus married lady !
Nevertheless, dabba delivery continues even after repeated requests to stop..I guess he is doing this deliberately just to harass both of us may be because he does not intend to refund back our money.
We thereby seek your earnest help to get us our rightful reimbursement from this very cunning & shrewd man.His number is 99675 76300 (which he never picks up!).
