A well known food brand which is HALDIRAM which is ISO certified is compromising with snacks quality.

I bought today a packet of haldiram snacks (haldiram's chatpati dal) and got a dirty thread inside the packet. Though it was cheap packet but when health comes then we cannot negotiate. It could be eaten by any person which can cause a health hazard. I hope somebody will look into this issue as this is not avoidable issue.

Today morning I bought haldiram's white rasbary and I saw many eyelashes and some dirty black and white particals.

Few days back, I bought a Haldiram's Bombay mix 200gm packet from Big Bazaar Phoenix Mall, Lucknow. batch No. of this packet is (27) D. After opening the packet, even on small quantity I found a small size stone piece(about a groundnut size), which is not expected.
It could be eaten by a person which can cause a health hazard.

Thns for the information Priyanka.i am stopping buying haldiram product from today onwards and will also tell all my office friends.
Maximum people in my office buy it from the canteen and i will ensure they stop it.

Yesterday i visited Halidram with my family and i ordered Chola Batoora. we gave the coupen ans waited for almost 20 mins at the counter, and when we asked for the item the guy said it will take another 10-15 min more. When the manger was asked to report, he was not available at the store.
I am planning not to visit the store again.

I am a regular customer to Haldiram ( Exide House Store , Kolkata ) and since last 1 month i am observing that the quality of the Sweets ( Kaju Burfi especially ) , Pastries has deteriorated like anything.

( It seems that the HALDIRAM store is still selling the sweets left over during DEEWALI festival huge sales )
I have complained about this development to the Store Manager also but no result/ improvement is seen.
Moreover it seems that there is no proper platform for filing adulteration related complaints of such kind.

Hope by writing to this webpage some improvement will be arranged by the Brand Owners.

a heavy sharp metal strip came out from my pack of haldirams panchrattan mixture which i purchased recently this is really a healt hazard.anyone could have died if it was swallowed. Urgent action should be taken against it.
