i, md. Akhtar, r/o rz-2002/25, khushi apartment, tughlakabad extension, kalka ji, new delhi, am using your brand for last 6-7 years.
Unfortunately, i have been supplied one pkt of 10kg shaktibhog atta by m/s popular general store, govind puri which is highly medicated and not able to eat beacuse of high grade of medication smell.

After making a number of call to their customer care cell no.9818777979 which is already mentioned on the supplied bag but no one picking my phone and still no any response received. Also, we have requested to their general manager mr. Ashvinder kalra and his telephone no.9999611929 by sending written compalint through trade-india but no response received.

So, we request you kindly take action immediately and allow me to get replaced the same as soon as possible.
