I am using Pure it for last 10 months and replaced my germ kill kit twice and not a single time their technician came on time always promise one date but come 7-10 days late and not only that this time they replaced kit with the faulty kit and after n number of complaints regarding replacing with correct one company people are responding and everytime saying that with in one days it will be replaced. it's more than 12 days and I am being forced to use defective kit. So all you guys please aware of this
Also because of no proper purification and on occuring of health problem can I have a legal action against a company?
