Dear All,

I have been regularly over-charged on MRP at Hypercity Vashi, I had shopped on 13th Feb 2011/ cash memo no -1061 and Hypercity product Kabuli channa 500 gms MRP is Rs.35, which I have been billed for Rs 37.
Again on 20th Feb 2011 cash memo no 8884 for Everest chole masala MRP Rs.36,which is been billed me for Rs. 39.49.
This is not the only incident I have charged twice for Safola oil in month of Dec2010, which as well I have register the case , I have been regularly shopping from Hypercity Vashi and would like your kind intervention to put end to this , at the same time other consumers as well been facing such issues which are un-noticed.
I urge Hypercity Vashi should get be penalize under MRTP act of MRP, to ensure consumers rights and I should be geeting my compensation for the same.
