I had been to this place to buy samosas, for which it is famous. the guy said i'd either have to get change if i bought 2, or buy things worth more than 30, not coz he did not have change, but because it's their pathetic policy to make people buy more.

Please look into the matter!
We can make a difference, if we don't let such unfair things happen!
