My name is Mubarakaly Samnani, Today on 10/11/2010 @ 12:45pm i had purchase muffins (Round cake) Of MONGINS from Reliance fresh Address : Geetai Shopping Mall, Paud Road, Pune- 411038. Phone 9004286270. Cash memo # 0058.
This was not Fresh at all, Immided about after 10 mintues, i went back to Reliance for same but the Store Manager Mr: Sandeep Vimani, Refuse for exchange saying that on product it is manssion that this is Valid for 2 months & so there is noting wrong in it, I ask to to Taste for that also he is not ready,
I went to mongins shop for the same complint they gave me # 9823761761 Mr: Praveen, (area suppliers) he told me that for Mall the company is direct dealing from Head office Mumbai, So on a product ther is Customer Care # 022- 40786702 when i spoke to this number the Lady she gave Local # 020-26930149/50 & when i spoke on this number he told from where you had purchase go & complaint over there only, As i told him that i aready i whent there but noting happened, Again he gave me 1 more New number 9823468505 i can't here this person name very clearly but someting is like Mr: Suraf, I tryed twice on same number but no reply.
Sorry if i have Strech the story i hope you will help me out. The product value is not much its just Rs:30.00 But it is for the Image of product & Seller,
