I had dinner at the following restaurant on 7th April, 2010:
Kanji Restaurant (Unit of Kanji Sweets), Station Road, Opposite Victory Cinema, Jaipur
I was charged Rs20/- for mineral water bottle (Bisleri) and Rs36/- each, for two ice-cream cups which clearly indicated their MRP as Rs20/-
On contacting the manager, he refused to charge me the MRP for the given products and i ended up paying more than i was suppose to.
When i argued that it is against consumer rights and that i will go to the consumer court, he was indignant towards the court's provisions and even gave me in written (on the bill) that the ice-cream was served in cups priced at Rs20/-
I can also send you a scan of the bill with the manager's signatures and declaration that he charged me more than MRP.
I have already emailed a copy of the bill to the Rajasthan consumer forum and send one by post as well, but no action has been taken yet.

Dear sir,

i stay in bangalore, here is a wine shop who is cheating everyone with price.
he is charging more than MRP for all, i do not know were to complain, as this shop does not provide bill to anyone to prove.

kindly reply on how to tackle this person.
