on date 31/05/2010 from shop no. M11 just near by SS office Bus stand LDH i purchased a bislary mineral water bottel the shopkeeper charged Rs 15/- from me where as MRP printed on bottal Rs 12/- . All his matter bring in the notice of enquiry officer on duty at 10:30 AM also in the knowledge of SS on duty in the presence of SS/enquiry oficer shopkeeper acept overcharging . No one on duty at PRO office .after wating more than 1 hour . the complaint is registered but we have got no answer .

shopkeepers in jiasarai vilage in south delhi are overcharging the milk packets, like if the price is rs10 then they are charing 11 from everyone and if you don't agree then they won't sell it to you as it is available only on certain shops . Many a times the milk packets are also of expired date but a the students have no choice they have to buy it.. So there is a need to take concerete steps in this regard.
