This restaurant is one of the most poorly managed places that I have ever been to. Following the reviews given below the service is extremely slow & not only the food and ambience is bad but also the people running the place are highly un hospitable. This is one of the first restaurants that I have come across that has charged me for breaking a water glass by mistake (charged being an understatement). I can understand if I am charged Rs. 50 – 100/- at the most. But can you imagine being charged Rs. 249/- for it. When I refused to pay such a ridiculous amount the owner was called and as quoted by him said that, the glass they use to serve water is actually a very expensive “Ocean Brand” wine glass, which cost him Rs.800/- for 3 (is this even believable?).I don’t understand why would one use wine glass to serve water?? It just goes to show that the owner’s of this place have no idea about table etiquettes. The only reason I ended up paying the money is because the owner has no manners to speak, nor is he courteous and I was with my parents who didn’t want to create a scene. I am looking for a way to get these crooks on track.
