It’s very disappointing to participate in KURKURE Tedhe Fun Ideas, which was closed on Nov 30th 2010. Though I have won the surprise gift from them but still I am waiting for the gift. I have received the appreciation call (from 011-43202300) in 4th Oct 2010 and I had participated in 30th sep 2010 through telephonic recording (9958030688) in this No.9212301234. They had conveyed me your gift will reach as soon as possible. After waiting 15 days for the gift I have called the customer help line (1800224020) and also mailed them twice. The customer support executive (Ms. Harshita , 0124-4228235) informed me that you will get your gift with in 30 days of the appreciation call. But there is no such gift I have received till date. Repeatedly I have called Ms. Harshita and she gave me the KURKURE Complaint Redressal No.-011-45875307. In this telephone no. whenever I called they said our representative will call you with in 2 days. But there is no such call and no gift in my way. Now you told me what I will do and how you can help me out.

i received the gift on 4th jan 2011. after waiting for long three months which i was earlier participated in the kurkure tedhe fun ideas contest in the month of sep 2010 and receiving the apperication call in oct 2010
