I have sent the Dry fruit pack through Parampara to my brother on the occasion of Diwali and Bhai Duj.and it was sent on 2nd’Nov’10 consignment no 40279750114 but it was not delivered to my family until 9th’Nov’10
when I contacted the parampara sweets they told it will reach today. after the occasion of Diwali and Bhai Duj..for the purpose it was sent to my brother…

While they are charging so high from there customer on above points..

Being one of a premier sweet shop of Lucknow and self proclaiming to deliver the sweets on time anywhere in the world, it is extremely shocking and disgusting service show from Parampara. If they take 8 days to deliver the sweets to the customer within UP then the entire purpose gets defeated, needless to say the sweets also get rotten.

This sweet pack could have been delivered well on time if I had sent it through any local/other sweet shop that too by paying very nominal charges. Parampara team charges are already so high and they do not live up to their commitments.
