This is to bring to your kind notice that I was issued a "Reliance One " membership card by your outlet located in Dhansar, Dhanbad Jharkhand against the purchase made by me from your outlet after duly complying with your norms for the issue of the card. The membership bar card no is:2266111333831790 .While issuing the card your customer care help desk apprised me that i can redeem my points after my cumulative purchase amounts to a minimum of Rs.2600.
As i was located close to your outlet i purchased by things of daily requirement from your outlet located in Dhansar, Dhanbad. However after the closure of this outlet I started purchasing from your Jhoraphatak outlet located in Dhanbad. Your Jhoraphatak customer help desk assured me that i can continue to purchase from this outlet as well with the points being added against my purchase and can redeem the points subject to the qualifying crietrion of yoyr organisation.
However when i went to redeem the points from your Jhoraphatak outlet (on one of the occasion to purchase things of my daily requirement ) I was shocked and surprised to note that my name was not entered against the membership card number.Your customer help desk staff - Mr.Pawan Kumar assured me that the name shall be duly entered within a fortnights time once i fill the format afresh and the format gets approval from your organisation.I complied.
Ever since I have visited your outlet atleast 4-5 times for my daily purchase by squeezing time from my busy legal professional schedule and each time i went to your help desk to redeem my points i was denied the opportunity on some pretext or other.
Today when i again made an inquiry i was told that my name has not been still added and i have to wait for sometime MORE. When queried and pestered, your customer desk got irritated and asked me to complain to higher authority of your organisation. Hence the mail.
Further as I am lawyer by my profession i very well know my rights and duties. Being a trusted customer, I request you to end the impasse at the earliest and prevent the name of your esteemed organisation from getting tarnished for the fault of few staffs .
Kindly let me know what is to be done on my part so that i can claim the benefit of your point adding scheme on purchase of goods worth each rupee.
