Yesterday, I went to a shop(Casio Gift Centre, Mosque Road, Frazer Town, Bangalore), where I noticed that in every article the shopkeeper has printed a price hiding the MRP which is more than the MRP. When I asked about it, the owner of the shop explained that he gets only 18% margin from the articles sold which, apparently, does not work out because he is paying a huge sum as rent for his shop.

Today when I went to another shop( MK Retail, Indiranagar, CMH Road), I got 10% discount for the same article on the MRP. Please let me know in the above condition, what action can be taken by an ordinary customer. I am waiting for a favourable reply.
