Dear Sir,

I Mehboob patel staying in malad, I visited to one tibent and Chinese restaurant (Sernyaa)in chincholi malad link rd along with my wife 2 months before. I checked there menu i doesn’t found the pork in it. As i Muslim i never had food in the restaurant where they serve pork, i and my wife ask there waiter to reconfirm the same the waiter said they don’t serve pork. So visited so many time as we like the there food. But on 5th July i and my wife visited there store and enjoying our dinner suddenly we heard the table behind me placing order for pork. I checked there menu again i don’t found the pork in it. I ask the waiter who taken the order for pork. He said we don’t serve but the customers who ask for it we make and give it to them. That make me to think on it i ask him how they maintain in the kitchen where they have different system to make it, That serve stand unanswered and start running to attend the other guest, I ask him to so me the kitchen but he start neglecting me, I enter in the kitchen and found the cook cutting pork in the same wooden cutter where he had cut and kept the chicken with same knife and another cook frying pork and chicken in same Kadai fill with hot oil. I ask them whether they have different vessels and place to keep no one answer. I checked there frozen freezer where they kept meat material and found pork kept in open t shirt bag on the open cut chicken. They doesn’t have any hygienic system in there kitchen found spoiled lamp and chicken meat in there freezer. I call police and my friends we taken to them near by police station and log a complaint. The officer had taken my statement and asks me to come next day. When i gone to check what happen to my complaint found the restaurant was started in they are serving and in operation. I had gone to police station and asked for FIR or any report. he said in this case they cant file FIR and cant do punch nama. He gave to me my statement copy by signing and stamping. I want to take serious action on this people as they don’t have value for any religion. My wife is pregnant and the time she comes to know she had such a food she got fever. This people had played with my religion. Please advice what should i do to teach this people a good lesson.
