On 07 Oct 2011 we had lunch at Dalema Bhojnalaya, Bhubaneswar and had few cold drinks.
The Slice bottle had an insect inside sealed bottle. Though the restaurant staff changed the bottle, but when I asked them to inform the dealer for the product, dealer showed his arrogant and hostile attitude and replied " Do whatever you want, Its not my job to take complaint."
Necessary action is requested.
