Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Mazza bottle from Thane around 15th of sept and when I was about to consume this drink in the 1st week of Oct I noticed some fungus type of thing in the bottle therefore I did not open the bottle,I called up the customer care number that was mentioned on the bottle and told them about the fungus on 7th Oct they registered the complaint and said that I would be receiving a call from their seniors within 48 hours on 11th I called them again they told me that you would receive a call by 13th but still I have not received any call therefore I called them again today and they have given me the same reasons it seems that they are not are not atall bothered.
kindly find some solution and take strict action against them.
