There are 4-5 shops in our area which is Kurla (w). Hall Road, Near Rehamaniya Masjid, which charge the consumer extra 2 Rs for cooling of the cold drinks. Is this correct.
I had bot a sprite 500 ml and the price printed was 24 Rs and shopkeeper was charging me Rs 26. After questioning him he told me that extra 2 Rs is for the cooling of the soft drink.

Please advise if this is correct, if not then would appreciate if you could take some action.
