I would like to share by worst experience from absolute designs in Chennai.I booked with Rs. 10,000 advance for wood work to be done in my apartment, which taking the order the sales person told the brand name of the raw material is Marino and which is also a plywood, imported from Germany. After some months I camr to know that it is MDF wood, which made out of paper dust and wood dust. They i asked the sales person and he said it is like a plywood, but not a plywood. Then I said I need a only a plywood. Then the absolute design said I have to pay more around Rs 100/ sq. feet extra. So i feel it is not into my budget, so I want to cancel the booking. But absolute design say that advance Rs.10,000 is adjusted towards design charge,so they will not pay back my advance. Actually I didn't recive any physical drawings or any discussion regrading design. I reeally feel that they bound to cheat the customer through the wrong information. please guide in this regrds
