Affected sofa set

Dear sir,

I have purched sofa set in the month of May 2010 and now it is affected by insects but i have been calling repeatedly to shop owner. saying that woodden powder is coming out of the sofa set,although he is not at all responding my request.Kindly do the needful action at the earliest,
