It is regarding the problem of low quality furniture is delivered by antech Furniture,Sarkhej Gandhinagar Road,GNFC Info
reference to order confirmation slip dated 9.10.2010 GST TIN NO.24090300780 ,CST TIN No.24590300780 on an advance payment on the name of Antech furniture and subsequently entire payment was made before the delivery but
1.Delivery was five days late , Antech Furniture had taken the money but not arranged for the order placed.bed was not installed properly ,no after sales courtesy was shown,
2.Quality of the furniture is not upto the mark reported many times personally.
3.sales person or so called representative Mr.anand assured me that he will be coming to verify the problem ,No response.
4.Newly purchased almirah cannot afford the load of clothes,shelves are not fixed properly at least five times it was brought to their notice ,no response as it is lying at my place.
5.Old TV unit was sent telling that it is new ,but when protested they said yes we had sent an old piece when the stock will be available it will be replaced,but yet not any initiative from their side
Ample no.of reminders has been sent ,but no response ,rather talking properly and come to an conclusion people at Ahmedabad misbehave whenever we go or talk over phone.
Every now and then they call without checking their accounts that payment is pending but no talk related to problems.

6.No proper papers related to delivery is handed over till date,I have asked for many times every time they say it will be given ,Given when?

hard earned money borrowed from the bank was given to them get the good quality furniture but I felt cheated .This should not be repeated with any of the valuable customers . I need my problem should be solved immediately.What should I do.Whom should I approach.

There is no mentioning of any serious - genuine problem in the complain.
It sounds as if written to defame the supplier. The customer is not interested in solving the problem , if any.
The customer might also be a competitor of the supplyer
