I bought a comfort queen matress from Indian Bedding Furniture Sarjapura Road, Bangalore in July, 2010. It came with 3 year replacement gurantee. Now the matress is pressed from left side, dealer is cutting corners and not turning up to replace. He is avoiding my calls and not giving me any date to replace the matress. Not sure what should I do. Anyone dealt with comfort queen before? I am thinking about going to consumer court.
