I had purchased a wash basin from this store and has been suffering much since then. Within 6 mths of purchase, the hinges and railings of the compartment underneath the basin started rusting. We had to go out of town and thought of informing the store only when we return. On return when it was almost 11 mths from dt of purchase, i started calling up and saying my prob. I was repeatedly kept on hold and transferred to different people to whom i narrated the same story agin and again. They promised to send repairmen but no one came. The hinges have now rusted to a point where they are just falling apart. I keep calling and they keep promising to send someone but with the same result. now one year have passed from the dt of purchase. what do i do? This basin had cost me Rs.8000/- which is not a matter of joke. And this is the quality and service i get. it is their duty to replace the hinges and other parts which have rusted and breaking down within such short time... WHAT DO I DO?
