Subject: Complaint against Dura firm Spine Care Mattresses purchased on 2nd Oct 09

Sir,

This is with reference to your letter no. SW/2010-2011/Complaint/D-2610 dated 14th July 2010 stating inspected report has ascertained no deviation.

Since your sales personnel visited our place as per the complaint wedged by us, I have the honour to bring it to you that we are not at all satisfied with your services and the comment being told by your sales personnel. The problem is still there and easily visible to everyone that one side of the mattresses has bent down substantially from the original which was not noticed by your personnel, that’s why we have not signed the satisfaction query form of yours. It is strange to note that SLEEP WELL Brand quality is so poor that it bends within a year’s time period from the date of purchase.

Do you think while sending these types of letters and ignoring our problem can make us silent. I would again request you to send some senior sales personnel to look into the matter and get that mattresses replaced according to the Replacement Guaranttee being provided by your company for 2years.

If you cannot satisfy your customer then you should not write these line as you quoted in your above stated letter “WE ASSURE YOU OF OUR GOOD INTENTIONS AND SERVICES”.
Please look into the matter seriously and take action against the complaint being lodged by us.

NB: If unattended, then the same will be intimated to the Consumer Forum through online at www.consumercourtforum.in within a very short period of time.
