Sir/Madam,
Mr.ShivKumar owner of Westend Interiors had promised us that he will complete the furniture work of bedroom in 15 days and had taken a payment of 30,000 for the same. And the work started in the month of September 2009 and he left the work midway .We frequently contacted him but he harassed us and dint even bother to do the work. He even verbally abused me and my family members and blackmailed us.
He not only cause us mental unrest but also duped us of our money.
Now after a period of nine months he completed some amount of work but its half done and done very haphazardly with no finishing at all. And he has not even done the furniture according to what he had promised us earlier.
Now he is harassing us and asking us to pay him more for the unfinished work he has done,but in fact he has not even completed the designed work properly.
And now he is threatening us that if we don’t pay up he will forcefully barge into our house and take away the furniture. Hence we will like the authorities to take this matter seriously and give us justice.
