This is Sriniwas Akula would like to register a complaint against Furniture bazaar (Thakur Mall Dahisar East).
We have taken one Dinning Table and wardrobe in the month of January 2010, they have given one year warranty on their products but still we are not getting proper service from Furniture Bazaar.

3 Legs of the dinning table are not fixed properly and it can result into big fatal error at anytime... I've spoke to Mr. Shamshuddin from Furniture Bazaar but still nothing is done yet... we wish to get replacement of these product as we are tired of calling this guys again and again as well they dont even provide any interaction id or any acknowledgment. As well the number given by Mr Shamshuddin i.e 022-32093782 is not answered by anyone... sometime they said number is not working.

We have bought sofa cum bed from thakur mall home bazaar after which we logded complaint within 6 days no response for first few days and latter a useless try of just putting improper size wooden sticks was response fro thre side. Why shld we hav such defect peice paying so high money also now it is complete out of shape from within the bars within bed have come out donno wat to do....

Though Big Bazar claims of Value for Money, things are just other way round coming to Furniture Bazar. We did bought the modular kitchen setup from Furniture Bazar, Kothrud, Pune to our utter dismay & hopelessness. Wherein they justified the delay in delivery as a pursuit of quality excellence, We've realized now in past 10 months that they have almost negligible experience in the field. The fittings are coming out. The doors have gone skewed & not able to now shut even. The drawers/trolleys remain hung outside unless you arrange for a paper packing to support the closure.

We've tried more than 20 times to get in touch with Mr.Mahesh, 9011056689, the one point super force the Company has provisioned but the Yesman doesn't ever turns up as promised & thereafter doesn't picks up the call. So you are left in lurch as to what to do next with your jugaad modular kitchen having loosened trolies, patches coming off & swinging doors.

Pls. be cautious as to your buys from Furniture Bazar as I'd opine them as just the colatters of cheap deals with dismal service back up with nobody to listen to your concerns.

Pls dont buy anything from this ****ing shop. i paid 16000rs for two was basins which they delivered after one month after a lot of fighting. damn this home bazaar

At the time of fitting ur car painter found that wardrobe's door glass was broken by themselves. So they said that they were fixed at that time and after 2-3 days they will come n replaced the glass. Today date is 21-Apr-11 but still nobody came. I have called to ur cust care many time but every time they committed for replacement but still didn't take any action.
I really disappointed due to ur service, i never expected such a bad service from u. It is disgusting for ur brand name.

Kindly do need ful,,,n expecting for better service.
