dear sirs,
i wish to draw yr kind attention to the defective quality of ortho sleep system mattresses(model QSS 0907)SIZE 75*35*5 purchased from yr dealer AKARSHAN,PLOT NO.2/3,SHOP NO.6,FURNITURE BLOCK,KIRTI NAGAR,NEW DELHI-15
on19.07.2009 which bears a warranty for 11 years.

i have made innumerable complaints to yr dealer for the past three months telephonically,besides personal visit to his place for a number of times.

every time i am promised that new set of mattresses will be sent to me. even i m being asked to wait at home on the promise that the mattresses are under despatch and will be delivered to me. however all such promises turned out to be false.and i m still waiting for the replacement.

FOR YR KIND INFO I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN BUYING MATTRESSES OF REPUTE COMPANIES.however,yr de aler forced the mattresses of yr coy WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT ANY COMPLAINT WILL BE PROMPTLY ADDRESSED.

to my utter dismay,the after sale service of yr dealer is the worst i have come across.
i should not have relied on yr dealer's statement and should have purchased mattresses of some other coy. any way what has been done cannot be undone. i m repenting for buying yr coy's mattresses.

the purpose of writing this mail is to apprise u of the indifferent attitude of yr dealers who make big promises when selling the product but do not care after they have pocketed the money and getting their commission thus bringing a bad name to yr company.

please ensure that my complaint is immediately redressed by sending me replacement of the mattresses failing which i shall be left with no option except to approach appropriate authorities like consumer disputes redressal forum. i wud also request u to desist from appointing such dealers.
