    Default dissatisfied customer not getting any solution from vaishali store jaipur

    we bought furniture and other home furnishing products from your vaishali nagar branch.our sofa set has been found as defective so we raised the complaint at your vaishali circle new branch.

    very sorry to inform you that none of your staff is couteous enough to handle customer complaints.their focus is only sale and after that they dont understand customer problems.

    mr hansraj and mr Om call themselves manager of the store but they dont have any sense of satisfying customers.

    also when the manufacturieng dept is agreeing to approve the change and declared that the sofa is defected then also nobody is listening to our problem and not ready to give satisfactory solution.

    we request you to plz look into the matter and give us satisfactory solution.

    problem is thta the form and seat is misplaced and glue quality was so bad trhat even without using it much,form is detached from its lace.also initially when we received the sofa we had given complaint that the cloth is also defective from some area but no body had bothered to check last time also.

    we had purchased this sofa last 6 months back when we had shifted to jaipur.
