Hi,

i have bought double bed set along with wardrobe & sidetable for my home from AKBARALLYS in august 2009. the double bed, wardrobe, side table & dining side table got infected with white ant with 6 months of purchase. we complained to AKBARALLYS, who inspite of our wish got anti-termite treatement done on the furniture, syaing that the furniture will be replaced if same thing happens next time.

just two months back we complained them again for same problem in double bed & side table. They took only the infected part saying it will be replaced with new plywood & we wont face any problem, to which we agreed. now for the third time in double bed we are facing same termite problem at the same place where it was last time when AKBARALLYS took it for repairs.

we are tired of them and would like some goverment body to help us getting the furniture replaced. i do not mind going to consumer court for getting justice, as i want my double bed to be replaced with new. ( which they have been promising me everytime. )

kindly reply me with details of who should i approach for getting justice.
