several reminders and several phone call but still no reply that means for you people customers satisfaction is never a priority..
can i except the resolution now with immediate action or do i take it up with RTI

after several reminders i got a call on MONDAY 8TH AUGUST 2011 from Ms.Kavita ..according to her MR.SHAGUN who visited the site was a new joinee and he was not aware of the samples he took..if that was a reality then why new joinee was send to visit the site????earlier Mr.Vijay visited the site ,was he also a new joinee????
