Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased furnitures on 2nd May,2010 from Reliance Living, Vashi.They have delivered items on 8th May as decided by me. But when the carpenter(Provided by Reliance) have open those boxes, he had found one drawer missing from the Dresser box. Rest materials were fine. From then I am continously follwing up with them, but they are not replacing the dresser and not providing the new drawer for Dresser either.
When I visit the shop OR call them, they always replied that, sir we are arranging the same from other store. Within two-three days you will get your drawer OR new Dresser.
I called almost 20-30 times and met personaly at thier shop thrice but all in vein.
Its almost a month now,they have not delivered any, no feedback, no call, no information either too.

kindly help me to get my dresser or my money back fully.

Be strict for getting your drawer of the dresser. Just go to the shop and meet the branch manager or the head of the office or any costumer help officer and make complain for your problem. Also inform them that if you will not get the drawer within two or three days than you will make complain to the consumer court.
