I bought one fold-able sitting arrangement (Hilton Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd, Off. No 1, Manisha Bhanav, Kasturi park, Navghar Road, Bhayandar (E), Mumbai 401105, Ph: +91 22 65290909) set for 4 people from Delhi Pack Plus 2010 Exhibition. I gave you part payment of 1000 INR on 5/12/2010 and remaining of 3500 INR was deposited in the bank a/c and my Order number is 133. They said I will get this product at my home address in 3-4 working days. But I didn't get my product yet. I have spoken with them numerous times and everytime they have said that they will send it. Today is 27/12/2010 and I have still not received my product.

So I would like that my product should be dispatched and the bilty number should be shaired immediately so that the customer is not harassed.

I would like cooperation from CONSUMER FORUM on this matter.
