I made and advance payment of Rs 37,500 for one sofa set with centre table,1 dining table with six chairs and one computer table on 23 jun 2011. I have faced so many problems since then( address of the company as follows)

(1) after making 3-4 phone calls he deliverd the item at approx midnight, which itself was a punishment for making advance payment.
(2) Delivery was incomplete as he did not supply complete chairs. We became apprehensive as I had made advance payment alongwith 600 Rs as transport charges(total 38,100).
After making 10-12 phone calls they supplied remaining item 5 days later.
(3) A week after one of my guest came to my house as he sat on one of the chair, chair lost balance and my guest almost fell down due to legs of chair are defective leading to
a great emrassment to me.
(4) Since then I must have made minimum 100 phone calls and got false assurance
that they will come and replace that chair but till date nothing has happened.
(5) you are requested to take necessary steps to resolve the problem and defaulter should
be given such a lesson that he does not behave in same way with innocent citizen who has made and advance payment of full amount.
