Dear Sir,
i purchased a VENTURA sofa Set from an outlet of Godrej Interio at Kolkata. This is one of the worst product I have ever purchased. I have paid a hefty amount of rupees 59,000/=(Rs fifty nine thousand about). Within a span of six months four times it has been replaced,out of which three times within a month. I feel cheated by this company. I want my money back . One set which was replaced on 31 Dec 2010 is still lying at my home in packed condition .Till now nobody has come for installation from its service centre . Please advice me what legal action can be taken against this company for the refund of money and compensation against
the psychological harassment .

I MADE A PURCHASE OF GODREJ HEADEN dining table being the invoice no 212 dated 18th April 2010 . but surprisingly it is being observed that the legs of the table are badly got RUSTED within one year.
On registering the complaints with the companies customer care they arranged for sending there representative for making necessary inspection of the table for a cost of Rs.250/-.
within some days they sent a quotation of Rs. 5800/- for replacement of the legs of the table, which cost Rs. 7500/- (approx) for purchasing the new one.
Is it logical that in the indian economy is it worth possible to discard a Dining Table each year may it be purchased from a Godrej like company.
Should we be beware of purchasing a product from GODREJ because it will become disposable within a year of purchase repairable at the purchase price within a year of using it.
